Admin

What happens when an employee leaves the company?

You will need to change the employee's employee status to resign. So, he cannot login anymore. If you want to just suspend the employee, in order to enable them after few days or months you can suspend the employee. Admin can re activate the suspended employee, but not the resigned employee.

What happens when a manager leaves the company, or if a person gets a new manager?

You can update manager id for the corresponding team members. You don't have to update each and every member. Just select list managers under search menu. All the managers will be listed with number of employees under them. Click on the number, it will list all team members. Check mark against the employees who you want. To assign new manager, select new manager in the following list menu at the bottom of the screen. Following the same action, you can update manager id for any number of employee under the manager.

What is the difference between Suspend and Resigned in update employee?

When an employee left the company, admin can set them resigned, which means admin deletes the employee from the tool and it cannot be undone afterwards. It will help companies to add new employee with the license of resigned employee. When admin suspend an employee, the particular employee will not able to access the tool. But admin have the option to re enable the employee in the tool by selecting Active in update employee page. This is useful when an employee re join the company without losing any past appraisal data.

How to see all employees in the company in one place? Organization Structure?

We have option to allow both admin and employees to view organization structure in a hierarchical way. Just select Organization structure from the header menu and you can view all the employees in the organization. Also you can view who is under whom in the company.

How to track status of appraisal pending/ goal not created employees?

We have a specific section for admin to track all status called Audit. Just select Audit from the admin section. Where admin can track status such as goal not created, Goals/ Competency appraisal pending employees, Goals/ Competency appraisal pending managers, Quarterly feedback pending managers, etc.

How admin can view all employee scores in one place?

Admin can view all employee scores by selecting Employee Ratings under dashboard menu from the header. Employee ratings only shows employee who completed appraisal. Admin can also view previous year and cycle appraisal scores of employee as well.
 

Manager

As a manager, how can I see my team member performance?

Manager can track all their team member scores in direct report. Please select Dashboard-> Manager-> Direct Report It will list all team members with their appraisal scores.

As a manager, how can I compare my team member performance?

Manager can compare their team member performance in graphical view. Please select Dashboard-> Manager-> Manager Chart It will list all team member appraisal scores in graphical view with previous year scores as well.

Where should I see the goal approval, manager appraisal request from my team members?

Manager can view all employee request notification such as Goal approval, Goal appraisal, and Competency appraisal in their dashboard. From there manager can take necessary action, such as goal approval, goal appraisal, competency appraisal, etc. Please select Dashboard-> Dashboard View in header to check the details.

Where can I see my team member appraisal details after completing the appraisal?

Manager can view their team member goals, competencies appraisal details by selecting Appraisal -> Appraise Team Goal/Appraise Team Competencies
 

Reviewer

What reviewer can do?

Reviewer can give their comments about progress of employees. Admin assign reviewer to employees when creating them or during update. The person who was assigned as reviewer will able to view the performance of the employees. Plus the reviewer will also able to give their comments to employees based on the observation from employee and manager ratings, comments.

How can reviewer give comments to employee?

All the list of employees who have reviewer as logged in user will be listed in Goal/Competency Review List. Please select Appraisal -> Reviewer->Goal Review List, to view and give review about employee goals review select Appraisal -> Reviewer->Competency Review List, to view and give review about employee competency review list. By selecting the above menu, reviewer can view their review members. If the employee completed their appraisal, than reviewer can give their comments.
 

Account Manager

What account manager can do?

Account Manager can give their comments about progress of employees. Admin assign account manager to employees when creating them or during update. The person who was assigned as account manager will able to view the performance of the assigned employees. Plus the account manager will also able to give their comments to employees based on the observation from employee and manager ratings, comments.

How can account manager give comments to employee?

All the list of employees who have account manager as logged in user will be listed in Goal/Competency Review List. Please select Appraisal -> Account manager->Goal Review List, to view and give review about employee goals review select Appraisal -> Account manager->Competency Review List, to view and give review about employee competency review list. By selecting the above menu, account manager can view their review members. If the employee completed their appraisal, than account manager can give their comments.
